Appalachian Impact - Highlight Image - framedAPPALACHIAN IMPACT :
“God was using us not simply to renew a few homes or help kids read and write, but to show Himself through us, to those whom we were serving.”    Grace Chapel Missionary to Appalachia
Since 2009, Grace Chapel has been committed to a community in Eastern Kentucky through the Appalachia Impact experience. Stepping out on mission in the Appalachian foothills is a life-changing and faith transforming experience. Each year we spend a week involved in home restoration projects, and helping children through a partnership with the Menifee County School system summer program.
The 2021 mission trip will be done virtually during the last two weeks of July.  A team of people will deliver the supplies to Kentucky and then host the classes from Michigan.  Supply donations will be needed, and that list will be posted soon.  If you’d like to donate money for the supplies, click on the link below and it will take you to the appropriate page to do so.

PASTORS in RESIDENCE MINISTRIES:
Grace Chapel also serves as a Refuge Church for Pastors in Residence Ministries (PIR).
A Refuge Church offers a place where exited pastors (one who have been dismissed from their churches for any number of reasons) can find protection and security in time of trouble, instability, and loss. We provide a haven where spiritual strength and stability are recovered, and a safe place where the journey into the next chapter of life and ministry can begin.
