Staff Position: Pastor Doug and his wife Debbie, along with their children Stephanie and Josh, have been a part of the Grace Chapel family since 2005. Originally from Orlando, FL, he's worn a groove in I-75 through his various ministry assignments. After graduating from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Doug has served at Ward Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Northville, MI, Willow Creek Church, PCA, in Winter Springs, FL and then returning to Michigan once more to become the Pastor at Grace Chapel. Staff Position: Assistant Pastor of Student and Family Ministries Dan and his wife, Amy, have two kids, Ethan (10) and Libby (8). Currently, Dan is the Assistant Pastor of Student and Family Ministries at Grace. Dan likes Detroit Sports - especially those Red Wings. He also enjoys movies, music, and just about anything that has to do with the developing culture. Dan dislikes lima beans. Staff Position: Pastoral Intern Matt and his wife Amy, along with their daughter Jovie, have been apart of the Grace family since 2009. In January 2011, Matt joined the staff serving as a Pastoral Intern. He enjoys studying and discussing all things philosophy, psychology, physics, history, and most importantly, theology--where every discipline starts and ends. Currently, Matt is working toward a Master of Divinity (with special emphasis in Counseling Ministries) at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. Email Matt

Staff Position: Children's Ministry Director. Amy and her husband Matt, along with their daughter Jovie, have been apart of the Grace family since 2009. In 2010, Amy joined the Pathway team as a volunteer, later becoming a part of the staff team in 2011. She enjoys crafting and creating, as well as cooking, camping and digital design. Amy is also involved in the Women's Ministry Team.

Staff Position: Church Administrator Karol has been the Church Administrator since June 2000. Karol and her husband, Jim, have been married for 21 years. They have been blessed with three wonderful children; Josh, Sarah & David. They have also been blessed with a beautiful daughter-in-law, Sarah. While at Grace, Karol has been involved in the Middle School Ministry, Women's Ministry, and Deacon Ministry. Email Karol

Staff Position: Finance Administrator Robin has been serving as the Finance Administrator since April 2005. In addition to crunching numbers and counting on her fingers and toes, she talks through her journey with God via the Graceworks blog. Robin and Larry, her husband of 27 years, have survived the raising of three amazing children, Anne, Michael, and Allison. The Schmidt family scatters to Redford, Livonia, Holland and Marquette.
